The Manhattan Temple/church building is closed for 3 years for remodeling, so the wards that used to meet there rent space from another church. We attended the Riverside Park Ward today and the church building is very ornate. Sunday school meets before sacrament meeting. We sat down in Sunday school and the teacher looked up and said, “Brother Brandenburg?” He was one of Brian’s past institute students from the DC area. We enjoyed church meetings and were approached by 2 job seekers. We made appointments for them to meet us at the Employment Center. The mission president will assign us to a ward next week. But we will also visit different wards to talk about Employment Services.
