Saturday, September 28, 2024 we went to the chapel on Court Street in Brooklyn to see a play, “As He Is.” The play was written and directed by Jonathan and Cynthia Austin. Jonathan works for the church as a Seminaries and Institute employee here in Brooklyn. We know the Austins because of S&I. The cast were young single adults (YSAs) from the area, and Jonathan and Cynthia. I thought that the play might be like a roadshow BUT IT WAS SO professional and very deep. There were 14 scenes. Each scene was how the girl’s (later grown women’s) view of God developed throughout her life.
