January 24, 2025: Bengal Tiger

Last Friday night we went to a terrific Indian restaurant in Midtown Manhattan with two other senior missionary couples; Elder Kory and Sister Carolyn Katseanes from Provo, Utah and Elder Doug and Sister Martha Welling from Fruit Heights, Utah. Brian was trying to decide what to order at the restaurant. He was considering a very spicy dish called Vindaloo. Elder Katseanes, who is bald, said to Brian, “I used to have hair just like yours before I ate some Vindaloo.” Haha. Brian did order the Vindaloo and it was WAY SPICY HOT!
