Brian and I went to see the New York Philharmonic – Handel’s Messiah at the David Geffen Hall at the Lincoln Center. We sat in Parterre seating which is behind the orchestra. We were so close to the musicians and it was a very unique experience. The orchestra, choir and soloists were all at the top of their game–“For Unto Us” is a Christmas favorite. It competes with “O Holy Night” for Brian’s favorite Christmas song.
