After we left the Employment Center on Wednesday, Sister Neff, Brian and I went to Ellen’s Stardust Diner. Ellen’s Stardust Diner is located near Time’s Square. It’s a 1950s themed restaurant known for its singing waitstaff and retro memorabilia. They do not take reservations at the diner and there is always a long line of people waiting to get in….luckily, we only had a 10 minute wait and got some good seats….it was a really fun experience and the waitstaff were all really good singers! (And our omelets were super yummy!)
